We spent a lovely xmas holiday in a warm and friendly hotel that offered the best of Berber craftsman’s woodwork and delightful gardens. The pool and the hammam were exceptional, and the food was incredibly delicious, especially the dinner by the fireplace. The hotel’s spacious rooms included a private terrace, which was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We particularly appreciated the attentive staff, who were always eager to assist, and the hotel’s strategic position, which was just a short drive from the local souk.
The hotel didn't serve any wine during dinner, which was a downer for us. the hot water supply in the suite was unstable, which was a bit uncomfortable for us.

We had an amazing stay with incredible staff, beautiful rooms and facilities, and a delicious breakfast. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, which allowed us to enjoy the peace and tranquility by the pool surrounded by fruit trees and gardens. The cleanliness was impressive and the parking was secure, providing us with a worry-free experience. The hotel staff even arranged for our transportation to nearby attractions including Taroudant and the snow covered Atlas mountains.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The location was great, tucked away from the noise of the city. the rooms were beautifully decorated, with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. the swimming pool area was relaxing, and we enjoyed lounging in the sun. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the Moroccan tea and the pastries.
Sadly, our experience was spoiled by the lack of hot water, which made showering uncomfortable especially during the cold winter. We also had trouble with the Wi-Fi, which was slow and unreliable.
